I am planning on simple things but I am worried about quanity since I am serving 3 different items. It will start about 4:30, dinner is about 6:00. Please help me out I am planning on shopping the first part of the week it is next Sat.

veg & cheese & reslish appetizers for 300
I would do 5-6 of my relish trays for 60, top of the veggie tray page; 40 pounds ready to eat veggies with about 2 1/2 to 3 gallons of dip- more if thicker, less if thinner; 50 pounds of cheeses and cheese rolls and logs, and 20-25 pounds of crackers and small breads.
