I need some kind of fruit dish for side dish for and Easter breakfast at my church. It needs to be easy and not expensive. Any ideas and how much I will need to order?

No matter how careful you are, you are looking at about $.30 per person minimum. Go to/call the local wholesale produce outlet and find out what the prices are, then use the fruit tray page to calculate amounts.
