I am searching for measurements/recipe for pork fried rice or simply fried rice and i can eyeball the pork. Someone gave me large quantities of rice and many pork chops. The homeless community is drooling, waiting for something good and pork fried rice seems like a winner to me! Help!!!

If I were making for this many, I would do all the pieces (meats, eggs, most veggies) separately and combine using the method near serving time, this is a LOT of food.

How much rice should I prepare if I am adding pork and veggies? I did read that page earlier. Alas, I'm not good at recipes. I will start with an idea usually and build upon it, but rice is a different maiden all together. I do not want to upset her. Smiles.

For plenty, entree style, I cook 10-12 pounds of dry rice per 100.

Perfect! I just picked up a 20 lb bag, almost 35 pounds of pork chops marinating and veggies are all chopped! Thanks so much!
