I am doing a dinner for 125 Charter boat captins. The menu is: glazed ham, bone-in chicken(honey mustard)roasted veggies,mash potatoes with gravy, salad and rolls. How many lbs of ham? chicken? and how many lbs of roasted veggies?

roasted veggies- 22-24 pounds ready to eat per 100
