I need to know the quantity to buy and prepare for the following dishes:

Homemade Meatballs
BBQ Pulled Pork
Sweet Sausage
Baked Beans
Haluski (I just buy bags of frozen noodles)
Rigatoni w/ meat sauce
Corn
Potato Salad
Macaroni Salad
Pasta Salad
Relish Tray (pickles,olives,etc.)
Snacks - chips and pretzels

Also, I will be preparing the meatballs ahead of time and freezing them. Can I prepare anything else from the above list ahead of time and freeze it? Any suggestions on eliminating anything or adding anything to the menu?

A little too much food, unless they are all football players.

Homemade Meatballs-1 pound per 5
BBQ Pulled Pork- 1 pound ready to serve per 6
Sweet Sausage- 1 pound per 6
Baked Beans- 5 gallons

Haluski (I just buy bags of frozen noodles)
Rigatoni w/ meat sauce
Total of 12 pounds dry weight pasta. How to sub fresh/frozen is on the spaghetti page. I would just skip the rigatoni

Corn 24 pounds per 100, so about 18 pound

Potato Salad
Macaroni Salad
Pasta Salad
Total of 7 gallons, all can be made day ahead

Relish Tray (pickles,olives,etc.)- Classic relish tray on the veggie tray page- 1 to 1 1/2

Snacks - chips and pretzels 1 1/2 ounces per person
