Chicken Dressing 6 Deep Chafing dish pans
Potatoe Salad 3 Gallons
Corn 6 #10 Cans
Green Beans 6 #10 Cans
Frozen Baby Limas 20 gallons
Toss Salad (Bags 21 lbs)
Sweet Tea 18 gallons
Unsweet Tea 10 gallons

Punch 18 gallons (Punch will be before meal is served) I think everyone will drink some of this while pictures are being taken.

Can you please tell me if the amounts are right? Thank you so much I really appreciate your help!

Some amounts are close, some are off. Here is what I would do

Spiral slice baked ham 50 1bs-OK
Baked Chicken Breast 60 lbs- OK if boneless
Boiled Shrimp 30 lbs- very short. People gobble shrimp- need 1 pound per 5
Hash 5 gallons ??? What kind?
BBQ Shredded Pork 50 1bs-OK
Mac/Cheese 6 deep Chafing dish pans-OK
Chicken Dressing 6 Deep Chafing dish pans-OK
Potato Salad 3 Gallons- 10-12 gallons
Corn 6 #10 Cans- 4 cans per 100
Green Beans 6 #10 Cans- 4 cans per 100
Frozen Baby Limas 20 gallons- way too much; 50 pounds (9 gallons) max
Toss Salad (Bags 21 lbs)-OK
Sweet Tea 18 gallons-OK
Unsweet Tea 10 gallons-OK
Ice Water
Punch 18 gallons (Punch will be before meal is served) I think everyone will drink some of this while pictures are being taken. -OK

Consider putting out at least fruit trays and cheese and crackers with the punch

The type of has with this meal will be a bbq pork hash served over rice. Do you think 5 gallons will be enough? Thank you so much for your Help!

With the other food, yes, it is more than 1/4 cup per person.
