Love your site and find it so helpful.
I really like your make ahead Orange Dijon Chicken in Wine recipe. I'm having a Grad/Memorial Day Party for approx 150 people and instead of cooking burgers and brats forever this year I'm thinking about BBQ Pork Sliders, Buffalo Chicken Sliders and ?? Sliders.
What I'm wondering is do you think I could adapt your chicken recipe to do the Buffalo Chicken Sliders so I could reheat and serving in warming trays at the party? Would it be better with thighs or breast pounded?

Yes, easily. Thighs are juicier and hold better. You will be delight at how much easier it is to NOT be grilling.
