cooking stir fry for 50 people

Is it less expensive to make stir fry from fresh? and if so how much of everything do i need?

I never make from canned, but do sometimes use frozen snow peas. About 10 pounds meat, veggies per your recipe-10-12 pounds ready to cook or frozen veggies- 2-3 cups stir fry or teriyaki sauce.

Im catering a Christmas banquet this friday evening and she wants stir fry with chicken n beef to chose from how would you do it and the amounts for 160 people

I expect 5/8 beef and 3/8 vhivken when both are available, and I would allow 1 pound raw boneless per 3 people, approximately equal veggies. If you are using frozen stir fry mix, use different ones for each type meat.

If you get real oriental oyster sauce or vegetarian stir fry sauce for the gravy, it will improve your effort.

You need 10 people sauteing to service this group in a timely fashion.
