Hi there!
I have a catering even coming up next weekend where I am doing pulled chicken, pasta salad, egg salad for 120 .
What is your suggestion for the type and amount of chicken that would be best and how to cook it?

Chicken thigh meat, approx 28 pounds raw per 100. Any satisfactory recip[e. Make ahead, store in sauce, reheat, for strongest bbq flavor.
