Roasting 50lbs of pork loin

Hello!
I will be roasting 50 lbs of pork loin for 150 people. First of all is this enough meat?
Secondly, how long will it take when cooking that much meat at once? Should I rotate the pans in the process for even cooking?

No, if it is the only meat you need 50 pounds raw per 100.
You cook by the size of the individual pieces, put pieces the same size in the same pan with about an inch of space between, and USE A MEAT THERMOMETER.

Remember to take out 10 degrees below final temp and let stand at least 15 minutes to finish cooking internally and settle juices.
