We are serving white cake with lemon curd filling and red velvet cake with chocolate ganache filling at our wedding reception. I have a great cranberry/lemonade/ginger ale punch, but wonder if it is too tart for the cake. Suggestions? I prefer red punch.

Yes this is quite tart for these cakes, think about using apricot nectar and/or red grape?
