I am helping with my step daughters wedding, and am planning to serve meatballs as part of the buffet. any easy recipes? planning on 300-350. like the chili sauce and jelly recipe. do you know how much of each?

If this is as an appetizer with other bites, you need 10-12 pounds per 100, with about 3 quarts of sauce per 100. Frozen, half ounce size are a fine choice.

I have use the pre-packaged sauce for orange or lemon chicken, with 2 cans of crushed pineapple to each 100, and they are very popular-
