I am having a party on Oct. 19th with 70 adults and 10 children. I am serving sausage and peppers, pasta vodka, chicken franchese, Italian bread, and a tossed salad. What quantities of each should I prepare? It is a dinner party.

I would figure this as 3/4 of 100.

sausage and peppers, 1 pound sausage per 5, equal weight veggies PLUS
chicken franchese, start with 1 pound raw boneless chicken per each 3

pasta vodka, - 8 pounds dry- suggest you cook an extra pound with just butter and cheese for the kids

Italian bread, 10 pounds

tossed salad, use the salad section of plan for 100 and do 3/4 the amount.
