I am making two types of kabobs to feed 30 people. how many of each should I make?

This depends very much on the size of the skewers and whether people will get only one meat or some of each, but as a seat of the pants estimate, for party size portions, using shorter skewers so people will take 2-3, I buy 1 pound raw boneless beef or lamb per 3 plus 1 pound raw boneless chicken per 5, and make as many skewers as I need to hold it all.

Fish or shrimp are different, but I assume you are looking at the classics. If not, write back.

If this saves you time, trouble or money, please make a donation to support the site. Thanks.
