Hi Ellen, I cooking vegatable stir fry's for a health event, and need to know about how many bags of onions, green peepers, zucchini, squash, i would need if i was cutting them Jillian style(in strips)

If this is a full luncheon serving, you need up to 1/2 pound ready to cook per person. If tastes, 1/3 to 1/4 that.
