I am cooking brisket, chicken, and link sausage
for 150 people on Mothers day weekend. How many
pounds of each meat do I need? Would greatly
appreciate your help!!!

It depends somewhat on the side dishes.

It walks you through the procedure.

You would end up with about:

1 piece of chicken per person (8 per chicken), 18 chickens
2 pounds raw lean brisket per 5 (none left), 60 pounds
30 pounds sausage
