Script Processing Error
ERROR e:650
The environmental variable HTTP_REFERER is required by this script to run. Your computer is not sending that information for some reason. This can be caused by:
1) Using a bookmark of the page.
2) Typing the page address into the location bar directly.
3) Disabling "submit nonencrypted form data"
4) Norton Internet Security Settings.

The fix for 1 is: Sometimes bookmarks can be problematic for form. Use hot links to browse to a web copy of the page in question.

The fix for 2 is: Use same fix as for problem 1. They are basically the same problem.

Solution for 3:
1) Open Control Panel
2) Double-click "Internet Options"
3) Select "Security" Tab
4) Click the button labelled "Custom"
5) Scroll down to the heading labelled "Miscellaneous". It has the "e" explorer icon adjacent to it.
6) In "submit nonencrypted form data" Enable the radio button. Then click OK.
7) Click OK again while the Internet Options is still open. Now if IE is still open it has to be restarted for changes to be effective.

Solution for 4:
a) Open Norton Internet Security
b) Select Privacy Control
c) Select Configure
d) Select Custom Level
e) Unclick (turn off) "Enable Browser Privacy"
f) Click OK a couple of times and it should work.

Okay. There are several reasons for why you would be looking at this screen.

In all probability you either forgot to fill in a required field for the form.

Or, perhaps you filled in the email address in some format as yet not understood by us lowly computers.

Or, maybe you didn't manage to type in the same thing twice in a row when needed for verification.

If the error is something you overlooked or mistyped, use the back button to return to the form, fix the problem and try again.

Or, perhaps the PERL scripts that are running this form went out to lunch and left food on the table attracting a bunch of pesky bugs. We are sorry is this what has occurred. We will reprimand then sternly when they get back to the office. Meanwhile we'd like to have some idea what went wrong so we can give them some constructive feedback. And maybe even get the problem fixed.

You can help us by sending us an email with the error code from this screen.

It may be a temporary problem which can be fixed by trying again later. Or, the problem may be a result of a script bug that we haven't fixed yet.
