Hello Ellen. I hope you and the family are doing well. I have a question regarding Geri's breakfast casserole cooked in a half steamer pan. Does it only need a total of 1 hour to cook? And am I right that each recipe is for 24 people? I am cooking for 100 for a church function and think I can do 4 half steamer pans, sausage links 2 per person, cinnamon rolls and a fruit cup along with apple juice and OJ. OF course, I will also offer some hard-boiled eggs for those that don't want the casserole. Does this sound alright to you? And once again thank you for your help. |
