A standard 9x13 pan of mostaciolli uses just a pound of pasta because of all the meat, sauce and cheeses. Because it is seniors, 6 pans would be about right, with a pound or a bit more of meat and 3 cups of sauce for each pan. Salad and ice cream guidance on the quantity page, use half the amount for 100. |
