09/25/07 		are there any good tomato paste recipes and hints, eg. how long to bake without burning? Would it work to cook down in a Rival roaster oven?

09/25/07 		If I were doing this I would do it in a large crockpot on high with the lid off, stirring some. The problen with anything else is scorching. You must seed the tomatoes, or it will be bitter, and peel or put through a food mill, if you dont want lumps.
