Essential oil and sea salt

10/19/07 		I am interested in making my own bath salts to give as gifts. The recipes call for glycerin or essential oils, as well as sea salt. What stores should I go to to buy these items?

10/19/07 		Glycerin is available where cake decorating supplies are sold (used to keep sugar icings soft) and USP grade glycerin (also edible) at many pharmacies. For pure essential oils, try online- I like Lhasa Karnak herb company in Berkeley, Ca. Food grade essential oils for flavoring are also safe for bath salts.
