04/03/04 		Get a big ham. If you have extra you can always make a soup/stew with the extra.

Big eaters? Don't forget the serious side dishes, such as home made scalloped potatoes. Allow 1/2 pound precooked boneless ham for the meal; but as the reader says, extra ham never gets wasted- Ellen

10/13/04 		We are getting married and doing the meal ourselves we are having ham and chicken sanwhiches. We and we are expecting 250 people how many lbs. of ham do I need and how many lbs, shredded chicken will i need approx.
