Hi,I am serving for my neices wedding,July 3/2004.I was wondering is it ok to cook my cabbage rool and porgies a month ahead of time. I have to cook over 500 cabbage rolls and 600 porgies.The wedding is in Saskatoon and i am in Alta.Please let me know.Thank you.Hope |

Definitely OK- I suugest you make the layer no more than 2 rolls thick. Otherwise, it will be hard to get it thawed and cooked through. A pan of 5 pounds takes 24 hours tu thaw in the refrigerator. Have a fine party- Ellen |
