Hi, I am having a wedding in 4 hours from home in Lake Tahoe, and I am expecting 100 guests. We are having a Hors d’Oeuvres, Cake, and Champagne reception. I dont even know where to start on how to make platters for the Hors d'Oeuvres. I assume, 1 meat & cheese, 1veggie, 1 finger sandwiched, 1 fruit, some tubs of potato salad and macaroni salad, bread rolls? How many platters for 100 people? |

Please email me at "ellenskitchen2017@gmail.com" and tell me where ansd what time of day you will be having this event, what kind of kitchen and refrigerators. Also, who will be doing the food- you will need 3 people who are not part of the weding party for the day of the wedding, besides the equipment rentals. etc.. |
