I had marinated roasted artichokes at a picnic recently, and, frankly, they wre handsome but NOT delicious. May I suggest you steam them, split ad remove the chokes, drench in a good vinegrette with some thinlty sliced red onions and yellow bell pepper slices, and chill overnight? Succulent, beautiful and very delicious!
