06/16/04 		You can get quantities on the beverage planning page in Big Pots. Also, there is a special product available for iced tea at restaurant suppliers; it is a bottle of concentrate less than 1/2 cup that makes 3 GALLONS of good iced tea, comes 12 to a box, and isn't too expexsive. Considering the amount of tea you will need, this might save you an awful lot of toting.

You can also make all that tea by the cold method (soaking tea overnight without boiling the water first) At 20 minutes per gallon to heat, you probably don't want to boil 30 gallons of water. And don't forget to figure the ice! Ellen
