06/17/04 		I need a receipe for taco beef brisket. I had them in a restaurant in Dallas and I would love to make them, but do not know the seasoning. Help

I need some additional info. Was this a seasoned, shredded meat, or sliced? Or ground beef? Was it dry or did it have a gravy or sauce? Crunchy or soft tacos? And what was in them besides the meat?
