I am trying to figure out how much mashed potatoes, butternut squash, stuffing and green beans to feed 150 people and then break it down further to assign it to people. We are having a gathering at work and everyone will be contributing except for the turkey and ham. I don't want too many people bringing potatoes and not enough bringing the beans. I also need a breakdown of pies and soda/apple cider. Thanks for the help. |

Linda basically you need 8-9 9x13 pans of a side to serve 100 people, so about 13 for 150. Make the signup list with 13 slots under each item. Don't forget cranberry sauce as a sign up item for the cooking impaired- about 3 slots of 6 cans each.
