10/15/08 		I need to know how much raw chicken to purchase for a birthday party for 80 people. We are making chicken fajitas.

10/15/08 		Depends on the side dishes. If no rice and beans, about 1 pound raw boneless for 3 people, plus 10%. If rice and beans, 1 pound for 4 people plus 10%.
