Pesto Sauce and Steamship Beef

10/23/08 		I am making penne pasta for 200 people as a side dish. I am serving it with pesto sauce and adding roasted red peppers. what quantity of each do I need? Also, I was told to buy a Steamship Beef for this event as it will be cheaper than buying several smaller bef cuts. what are your feelings on this matter?

10/24/08 		If you are the same Susan that posted on the other thread, this is not a safe or practical menu for this size group in this venue. The larger the roast, the easier to cook, IF you have the right ovens. See the roast beef page.
