10/25/08 		You need about 8-10. Allow 8 ounces of raw ground beef per sandwich in your preferred meatball recipe.

We are serving Baked Ziti and Lasagne for 80 people at a Christmas party. We have appetizers and a salad. We are also planning side dishes of meatballs ( two each) and Italian suasage links. How many pounds of sausage links should I prepare. Thanks.

12/04/08 		4 ounces sausage per person will give you 2-3 bites/chunks, which is about right.
