before i made nugget,but after fry the nugget coating very hard. I need the recipe for coating nugget, I wanted crispy but soft. would you help me to send me recipes. thank you very much |

Not sure what kind of coating you tried, but coatings with crumbs or flour instead of batter usually cook up more tender. If you use a batter, cut the food into small uniform pieces and cook only a few at a time so the oil doesntool off too much when you add the food. If you cook a larhe amount at once, it has to cook longer to get done, and the coating gets tougher. |
