Church luncheon for 15o people

11/03/08 		I am in charge of putting together a luncheon for our church. HELP!! We are going to assemble our own lunch meat trays using ham, turkey, roast beef, american and swiss cheeses.
Our sides will be potato salad, cole slaw and potato chips. How many pounds each of meat and cheese will I need and how many pounds of potato salad. Cole slaw??? Chips???
Also will be serving lettuce and tomato.

11/04/08 		This is already covered in considerable detail on the sandwich event page, including condiments and sides (the sides may be on the bbq and brisket page). Be sure the assemblers wear plastic gloves while handling the meat and cheese-

lunch meat and cheese tray for sandwiches for 150 people how many lbs. each. Baked beans for 150 people. Coleslaw for 150 people.
