11/13/08 		I have about 30 pounds of polska keilbasa that has thawed out (freezer left open) and need to cook. What's the easiest way to do it? I have a small oven, three burners, a crockpot and a Nesco.

11/14/08 		The Nesco or in a roaster in the oven. Get the water hot enough, long enough, to bring the middle of the sausage to 1800 for several minutes, say about 375, then turn to 180 to keep warm. Tightly covered.
