I am in charge of the food for my daughter's school fundraiser.

Can you please help me with quantities and a recipe suggestion for a meatless Baked Ziti for 200 people. I would be forever grateful.
I am also serving a ceasar salad and have to come up with appetizers but am focusing on the pasta first :-)

11/22/08 		Look at the Mostaciolli with sausage and cheese recipe for 120, omit the sausage, and you have just right for 100. SDo you do it twice. Also read the spaghetti dinner for 50-60 for help with quantities for bread, deeserts, and salads.

I am making the sauce from scratch.

11/22/08 		Yes, marinara/ tomato or alfredo or clam, pasta sauce of your choice; that particular recipe calls for a tomato sauce.
