12/06/08 		Allow 2 ounces of cheese (4 triangles), 3-4 ounces deli sliced meats, 2 ounces sliced tomato and 1 ounce shredded lettuce. Put pickles, onions, mayo and mustard on the side- everyone has their own preferences.
