Is it possible to make Impossible cheesecake in cupcake liners? I have a dinner coming up for 300, and thought I'd try this instead of a nilla wafers crust. Thanks, JOY |

Yes, but you must either use liners or resign yourself to losing some as you turn them out. Also, you will have to experiment with heat and time- they are very different in different ovens. |

Thank you Ellen, My plan is to bake/serve in Foil baking cups, so I don't have to turn them out. I'm debating which oven to use, my home oven or the commercial oven at church. JOY |
