I am preparing a luncheon for 100 people, and am serving a tossed salad. I will be using an oil and vinegar dressing. How much oil and vineagr do I need to use for enough salad for 100 people? Thanks |

Hi, Carolyn, the dressing amounts are discussed in the salad planning area of plan for 100. Unless it is a specialty salad such as a Greek salad, though, about 1/3 people would prefer ranch and about 1/3 French. You need 3 quarts thin or 4 quarts thick dressing. |
