Deland's Millet Breads

08/06/04 		Are Delands breads and bagels yeast-free? I live in California so is there a way to purchase them? What's the average cost? Thank you!

08/07/04 		Deland has a new (shared) baking facility, and their new labels specifically say, processed where cross contamination from gluten or yeast is possible. Still many folks who are wheat or gluten sensitive do use them successfully.

You will find lots more discussion and info on the millet bred and oat bread threads on this forum.

You can have them shipped by the case. Also, some Whole Foods groceries carry them in the freezer section- ask. Theu run $4-5 per loaf.
