Amazing site! Thank you!
I am having a reception for 100 people, and want to do a buffet style dinner (prepared by myself). How many types of meat should I be serving? What would go best with a diverse crowd? My options are Morrocan Pork Roast (yum!), Teryaki Chicken Thighs, Some sort of beef dish (no clue!) or baked ham. There will also be veggie lasagna and meatball appy's.
Please help!!!! Thanks.

With the veggie lasagna, you would want 2 meats. If the chicken can be made ahead and frozen, I would do chicken and pork. You would plan 1 piece of chicken PLUS 5 ounces ready to eat pork per person (that is 2 pounds raw boneless well trimmed pork for each 5 people). Ypu would probably do rice, but some kind of yam dish would also be very nice with this menu.

Not the right amount for 150 people. See the sandwich event page for specifics on meat, bread and condiments.
