02/11/09 		The recipe on your main page looks great. Unfortunately, I am a little confused. Do, I understand correctly that I 1) soak and cook 2) braise and 3)bake the beans?

02/11/09 		Yes, you cook the soaked beans, then braise with the flavoring veggies and sauce, then bake. You will like this dish.
