how much cabbage for boiled dinner

02/26/09 		Our church is having a boiled dinner for 90 people. I have 30# of boneless ham,30# carrots and 35# potatoes but I'm wondering how much cabbage to purchase? what's your thoughts on my other quantities? Any help would be appreciated.

02/28/09 		about 18 pounds of cabbage- the small ones are tastiest, don't put it in till about the last half hour. You only need about 22 pounds of carrots. Mini cobs/ half cobs of corn are a tasty and colorful addition. Have fun.
