I just purchased a Tivoli red enamel pot from Homegoods. There is no number or wording on the bottom. It is red on the outside and a cream/white coating on the inside. The lid is glass. I was wondering if I can make a beef stew in this pot on the stove without it burning. It makes me nervous because it wasn't expensive and there isn't any info on the internet about this brand. |

Lisa there is LOTS of info on Tivoli on this site in the thread marked Tivoli. Most of us (me included) like them a lot. Like all enamel on metal pots, don't heat empty, don't transfer direct from fridge to stove, and keep heat at medium high or below for best results and longest life. |
