Tivoli pot

I just purchased a Tivoli red enamel pot from Homegoods. There is no number or wording on the bottom. It is red on the outside and a cream/white coating on the inside. The lid is glass. I was wondering if I can make a beef stew in this pot on the stove without it burning. It makes me nervous because it wasn't expensive and there isn't any info on the internet about this brand.

Lisa there is LOTS of info on Tivoli on this site in the thread marked Tivoli. Most of us (me included) like them a lot. Like all enamel on metal pots, don't heat empty, don't transfer direct from fridge to stove, and keep heat at medium high or below for best results and longest life.
