130 people for hamburgers & hotdogs at work

03/06/09 		We are having a large BBQ at work with 130 people present. The menu is Hambugers & Hotdogs, baked beans, potatoe salad and condiments. I estimate that I will need about 175 hamburger patties and 50 hotdogs. I am planning to make about 60 lbs of potatoe salad.
Am I within reason on my estimates? How many tomatoes and onions will I need to slice? Our event is on March 25, 2009.

You can get help on the condiments at the sandwich event page condiment table. I would do about 150 patties unless it is all men or really big eaters or a long event and 150 dogs, but I would use Polish sausage or kielbasa, much tastier and more popular with grown ups. You will probably have some potato salad left- make sure you have a good way to chill it.
