chocolate irish whiskey cake

03/08/09 		you have helped me so much in the past on my corned beef and cabbage dinner. i thank you for that and now, this year, do you have a recipe for a good chocolate irish whiskey cake. it will be serving 200. i was planning on using angel food cake pans. ( don't have enough bundt pans-i think it should work -don't you? thank you for your help. diane

03/09/09 		The angel food pans will be fine, especially if they are the ones with the removable bottoms. Just be sure they are heavily greased and dusted with cocoa (not flour- the look is better) before filling.

I don't make this cake, bur epicurious and several other sites have good looking recipes. My favoriet baking site is baking911.com.
