I was elected to do a teacher lunch and I need some help. I plan on preparing pork butt ( pulled) slaw, beans, and potato salad. There will be teachers only mostly women. I need some idea on how much food to prepare. |

Use 3/4 of the amounts for 100 if it is self service. See the pulled pork thread for an excellent recipe. |
