hello Mrs.Ellen, I work for the county jail, we usually use fresh eggs for breakfast. I would like to try to use frozen eggs. We cook for 400 people. How many pounds do you think I would need to order? |

1 dozen fresh eggs weighs 21-24 ounces, depending on size, so you can figure how many dozen you normally use and translate that to ounces. Then divide by 16 and you get pounds. |
