How Many boxes of ziti can you cook at once?

04/06/09 		We are hosting a pasta dinner for 100 at school. I have read your portion note which have been incredibly helpful. I would like to know how many boxes of ziti can I cook at one time in a large lobster size pot. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

04/06/09 		1 pound per gallon, as discussed on the page, and the water can be re-used once only. Remember that it takes up to 20 minutes per gallon to bring the water to a full boil.
