Pulled beef sandwiches for 35-40 people

04/08/09 		I am planning on making pulled beef sandwiches for my daughter's First Communion. How many pounds of meat should I get to serve 35-40 people, 5 of which will be children?

04/09/09 		I allow 1 pound raw boneless beef to make 3-4 sandwiches (depends on the size of the bun). With heavier sides, you use a bit less.
