100 people how many lbs. of Apples?

100 people how many lbs. of oranges?

04/22/09 		Arika, there is a fruit table on the fruit tray page. If you are offering whole fruits apples and oranges are sold by size when bought by the case, so you buy the number of cases to give one piece each. If you are making fruit trays or fruit salad it goes by weight, use the tables on the fruit tray page.
